We have moved to an online application process for interdistrict transfer requests. Please ensure you have all required documents prior to requesting an interdistrict transfer into BSD.

INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER REQUEST TO ENTER BSD

For families living outside the BSD boundary who wish to attend a Burlingame school. You must request and receive an approved interdistrict transfer (release) from your district of residence prior to submitting this application.

INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER REQUEST TO LEAVE BURLINGAME SCHOOL DISTRICT

For families living in Burlingame who wish to attend a school in another district.

2026-27 Interdistrict Transfer Application to Leave BSD

INTRADISTRICT TRANSFER

For families living in Burlingame who wish to transfer schools within the district. Please note "applications for intradistrict open enrollment shall be submitted between May 1 - May 30 of the school year preceding the school year for which the transfer is requested." This form will be available on May 1.
