Expanded Learning Opportunities Program

Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, also known as ELO-P, funding is designated by the State of California for students who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Qualify for the Free and Reduced Meal Program
• Are identified as Foster Youth or Unhoused
• Are designated as English Learners (as identified by the ELPAC)
  
  

Because these qualifications are determined by the district and can change throughout the year based on factors such as updated meal program status, foster/unhoused status, or ELPAC scores, a student’s eligibility may shift over time.

If you would like to confirm whether your child is currently eligible, please email [email protected]. If your student is eligible, you will be guided through the next steps and provided with the information you need to move forward with the program.
